Day before departure

About 10 days before departure I got an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and thought we might have to cancel our trip to Melbourne. Fortunately the medication I was prescribed kicked in and I was able to start to recover much quicker this time. Even more fortunately Mark never caught my germs.

We are finally catching up with my in-laws for a belated 60th birthday celebration.  We're flying directly to Melbourne from Hervey Bay and will be away for a week. 

Andrea & Mark have planned a week of fun and frivolity for us, including a train trip into the city, live music, pub visits, family catch ups and more. We haven't seen them for about 12 months so there will be lots of late nights catching up.
